It is similar to Full Moon, but it has a different atmosphere and the lyrics are strong. If Full Moon is 'I will wait for the day we will meet again after drawing in a dream', YOU AND I is because the lyrics are 'Open your eyes and hold hands, let's be together' because the me I dreamed of in my dreams is in front of you.
