"REASON" is the 3rd Special Digital Single by Dreamcatcher. It was released on January 13, 2023 to celebrate the sixth anniversary of their debut.

Background and Release[]
On January 9 at midnight KST, Dreamcatcher surprised fans with a “Special Mystery Code” teaser for an upcoming release. The enigmatic image features a calendar for the month of January, marked with YouTube URLs from some of Dreamcatcher’s past teaser videos. With the sixth anniversary of Dreamcatcher’s debut coming up on January 13, some fans are speculating that the group may have a special surprise in store to celebrate the occasion.
A special tour of the United States was announced to promote the single. This will be called "REASON: Makes", and will be from February 28 to March 20.
On May 5, the group would hold their 2nd fanmeeting 'REASON Boutique: from InSomnia'.

The special single "REASON", it was released to commemorate the 6th anniversary of Dreamcatcher's debut, is dedicated to the fans who have been with us through everything from our debut to who we are now, and will continue to be with us in the future, featuring a sing-along composition based on Dreamcatcher's unique hard-hitting rock sound.

- For this special release, LEEZ, who was previously signed with Hi-Hat Co. Ltd. and stoped producing for Dreamcatcher, returned to participate in the production of the track along with Ollounder.
- M/V is a compilations of Dreamcatcher's entire career trajectory.
- The purple unknown being with the lightstick and robe that can be seen at the end of the MV represents InSomnia.
