"Over the Sky" (Hangul: 하늘을 넘어; Romanization: haneureul neomeo) is the 2nd Special Digital Single by Dreamcatcher. It was on January 16, 2019 to commemorate the second anniversary of Dreamcatcher's debut.
It was later added in Dreamcatcher's 1st Studio Album, "Dystopia: The Tree Of Language" as the 11th track. Released on February 18, 2020.
Background and Release[]
The special single was released to the public on January 16, 2019 as the group's first release of 2019 and in commemoration of Dreamcatcher's two year anniversary. As it is a digital single it is only available throught streaming playforms or mp3 download, with a Special Clip for it being released almost two months later, featuring the group preforming the choreography for the song, in a similar style to Full Moon.

A new gift from the "Seven Nightmares" has arrived.
Commemorating the second anniversary of Dreamcatcher's debut, the special single "Over the Sky" is a confession to all the fans around the world, "InSomnia".
Following the first fan song "Full Moon", "Over the Sky" captivates listeners with its distinctive rock metal sound. It combines Dreamcatcher's lyrical and powerful 'opposite charm' to give fans an overwhelming sense of joy.
The lyrics are also noteworthy. Even during their breaks after each activity, Dreamcatcher showed their affection for their fans. In "Over the Sky," they send a hopeful message to fans who are looking forward to seeing them on stage again.
"Over the Sky" also marks a special relationship between Dreamcatcher and the composers Ollounder and LEEZ. Who have been working together with the girls since "Chase Me", which marked the birth of the "Seven Nightmares", meanwhile "Over the Sky" marks the second anniversary of Dreamcatcher and "InSomnia" together.
Dreamcatcher is in the final stages of preparation for their comeback in February. "Over the Sky" is a gift from Dreamcatcher to "InSomnias" for the past two years of non-stop happiness and fun, and anticipation for the new world they will open together.

드림캐쳐의 데뷔 2주년을 기념한 스페셜 싱글 '하늘을 넘어(Over the Sky)'는 전 세계 팬 '인썸니아(InSomnia)'를 향한 고백을 품은 곡이다.
첫 번째 팬 송 '풀 문(Full Moon)'에 이어 '하늘을 넘어' 역시 특유의 록 메탈 사운드를 품고 리스너들의 귓가를 사로잡는다. 여기에 드림캐쳐의 서정적이면서도 파워풀한 '반전의 매력'을 녹여 팬들에게 벅찬 희열을 선사한다.
가사 역시 눈여겨볼 대목이다. 매 활동 종료 이후 휴식기에도 팬들을 향한 애틋한 마음을 드러냈던 드림캐쳐. 이들은 다시 무대에 서길 고대하는 팬들을 향해 곧 다시 만날 것이라는 희망 가득한 메시지를 '하늘을 넘어'에 실어 보낸다.
