Oh now, holding this pain. Like the day I abandoned everything

"Deja Vu" (Hangul: 데자부; Romanization: dejabu) is the second and also title track of Dreamcatcher's 1st Special Album, "Raid of Dream".

The song and album is a collaboration between the mobile RPG games King's Raid and Dreamcatcher.

A Japanese version of the song was produced exclusively for the game OST, including it as part of a in-game story cutscene.

Description[]

English[]

In Deja Vu of the painful reality we face endlessly, it contains the promise of an existence that we want to keep even if we give up everything. The magnificent orchestration following the beautiful piano melody and the choir sound harmonized with strong metal show another new color in the music style that Dreamcatcher has been pursuing. In particular, the chorus part's 'Oh, Deja vu' makes you feel a scream resounding in repeated pain.

Korean[]

Trivia[]

  • "Déjà vu" is the feeling that one has lived through the present situation before. The phrase translates (from the French) literally as "already seen".
  • On 16 February, 2020, LEEZ uploaded on YouTube the original demo of Deja Vu sung by himself in a +1key vocal. [2]
  • It is the first Korean release of Dreamcatcher that does not include the official instrumental of the song as the last track.
