"Apocalypse: Save us" is the second full length studio album by Dreamcatcher. It was released on April 12, 2022 with "MAISON" serving as the title track.
The physical album features five versions in total: Limited Edition "S", Normal Edition "A", "V", "E" and a Special jewel case version only available on USA. This is the first installment of the Apocalypse Era.

Background and Release[]
On March 24 at midnight KST, Dreamcatcher released the Mystery Code teaser for their upcoming April comeback. (As Dreamcatcher fans know, the group’s Mystery Code teasers signal the start of a new era as they gear up for a return.)
Although the group has not yet officially announced their comeback date, eagle-eyed fans immediately noticed that a date is hidden in plain sight in the new teaser image. While there is some font-related debate over the second number of the date, it appears that Dreamcatcher will be making their return on April 12 at 6 p.m. KST.
The girl group has finally confirmed the release date for their 2nd full album Apocalypse: Save Us, for April 12 at 6 PM KST. Furthermore, Dream Catcher plan on commemorating their 2022 comeback with a special solo mini concert, taking place both on/offline. Lastly, official teasers for Dreamcatcher's 'Apocalypse: Save Us' kick off on March 28 with a track list, followed by individual and group concept photos, a highlight medley, an MV teaser, etc.
A world tour titled '2022 'Apocalypse: Save us'' associated with the album was announced on April 27, 2022, initially featuring eight shows in the United States. Two more dates for the tour (Mexico City and a second show in Los Angeles) were announced on June 14, 2022.

'Apocalypse: Save us' is the Dreamcatcher's deeply felt call to action for the sake of a better future for everyone.
Dreamcatcher are back after a nine-month hiatus following the release of special summer album 'Summer Holiday' on 2021. Their second full-length album 'Apocalypse : Save us' is another installment in their trilogy series that follows their previous full-length album 'Dystopia', and opens the door for another expansion of Dreamcatcher's uniqye worldview.
At the edge of crisis, we scream. "Save us". And "Save earth". The star, Earth, burning brighter and brighter, slowly drowning in the gray and smoky air. The ice is gone, the water is rising. Greenery dies, and sand blooms. We already know who is responsible for the degradation of our once sparkling home. If we ignore it, the karma we fear will eventually come true. The title track "MAISON" means "home" in French, and Dreamcatcher has once again approached a real-world social issue. Global warming is causing shrinking jungle rainforests, glaciers melting, garbage in the oceans, and deserts with microplastic sand. Dreamcatcher warns us of how the uncomfortable truths we've turned away from are coming home to haunt us.
Returning with a full package, the second album opens up a new world and shows Dreamcatcher's evolution as a group. Including the intro and title track, "MAISON", the album is full of songs with Dreamcatcher's unique style, including the punk rock song "Locked Inside A Door", the retro synthpop song "Starlight" the deep house song "Together", and the ballad "Always". Produced by the composers LEEZ and Ollounder, who have previously worked together Dreamcatcher to create 'nightmare' and 'dystopia' worlds, the album offers listeners satisfaction with its structured composition and high musicality. In addition, the members of Dreamcatcher, who have grown steadily since their debut, included their own compositions on this album, showing off the talents of all the members as singer-songwriters. Each member participated in composing and writing their own songs, utilizing their own personalities and emotions.
Dreamcatcher has evolved and changed. This second album, which shows the future of their music and worldview, is a solid foundation for the vast story of Dreamcatcher.

위기의 끝자락에서 외친다. Save us. 그리고 Save earth. 점점 붉게 달아오르며 회색빛 공기에 서서히 잠식당하고 있는 별, 지구. 얼음은 사라졌고, 물은 늘어났다. 녹색은 저물고, 모래는 피어났다. 아름답게 반짝이던 우리의 터전을 메마르게 만든 주범이 누구인지 우리는 이미 알고 있다. 이를 무시한 채 업보의 끝이 다가오면 모두가 염려하는 일은 결국 일어난다. 이를 경고하는 타이틀곡 ‘MAISON’은 프랑스어로 ‘집’이라는 뜻으로, 드림캐쳐는 이번에도 현실적인 사회적 이슈에 다가섰다. 지구 온난화로 점점 줄어드는 정글 우림, 녹아버리는 빙하, 바다를 떠돌아다니는 생활 쓰레기, 그리고 미세 플라스틱 모래가 쌓여가는 사막. 우리가 외면했던 불편한 진실들이 우리 삶의 터전에 어떻게 되돌아오는지 드림캐쳐는 경고한다.
알찬 구성으로 돌아온 정규 2집은 새로운 세계를 여는 동시에 드림캐쳐의 한층 더 성장한 모습을 볼 수 있다. 이번 앨범에는 인트로와 타이틀곡 ‘MAISON’을 포함, 펑크 록을 기반으로 한 ‘Locked Inside A Door’, 레트로 신스팝 ‘Starlight’, 딥 하우스 장르의 ‘Together’, 발라드 ‘널 위해 (Always)’, 등 드림캐쳐만의 색채로 꾸며낸 곡들이 가득하다. 앞선 드림캐쳐의 ‘악몽’, ‘디스토피아’ 세계관을 함께 꾸며온 LEEZ작곡가와 Ollounder 작곡가의 프로듀싱으로 짜임새 있는 구성과 높은 음악성으로 듣는 이로 하여금 만족감을 선사한다. 또한, 데뷔 이래로 꾸준히 성장해온 드림캐쳐 멤버들은 이번 정규 앨범에 각자의 자작곡들을 수록해 멤버 전원이 싱어송라이터의 면모를 뽐냈다. 각자의 개성, 정서를 살려 직접 작곡과 작사에 참여한 드림캐쳐의 멤버들의 음악성을 엿볼 수 있다.

Tanu Raj for NME gave 3 out of 5 stars and wrote "While Dreamcatcher tackle climate change on their second studio offering, the effort does seem a tad misplaced in the face of the album’s youthful optimism. Keeping a frantic pace throughout, ‘Maison’ underlines an urgency that seems to be missing in many when it comes to climate change."

- "Handong", when written in different Chinese characters, means "Cold Winter" (韓東、寒冬), it also matches her nickname of Ice Princess.
